Requirements
A FiveM server. ESX, QBCore and ox_lib are not required. Keep the resource folder named se_ui.
Installation
Place se_ui in your server's resources folder and start it before every resource that calls its exports.
ensure se_uiConfiguration
Use shared/config.lua for the resource settings. Set Config.EnableDemo = false before deploying to production.
During development, /seui opens the complete demo. /seui_minigame [type] [difficulty] opens a minigame demo.
Usage & commands
Client notification example. Notify accepts inform, success, warning and error types. The server export takes the target player's source as its first argument.
Other client exports include ShowTextUI / HideTextUI, ProgressBar, ProgressCircle, RegisterContext / ShowContext, InputDialog and AlertDialog.
exports.se_ui:Notify({
title = 'SyntaxError',
description = 'Ready.',
type = 'success',
duration = 4500,
position = 'top-right'
})Troubleshooting
If an export is unavailable, check the resource name and startup order. Menus support mouse, arrow keys, Enter and Escape.
Minigames run on the client. Always validate rewards, inventory changes and sensitive actions on the server; do not trust a client success result by itself.
